Description
The Punch Square Duct Machine shares the same core features as the standard Square Channel Machine, but it comes with anadditional capability – a punch system. This punch system allows for the preparation of knock-on flanges and self-flanges
(TDF-TDC) directly on the machine. The punch unit is equipped with a PLC-controlled hydraulic system, which precisely executes the punching process at the designated coordinates, as specified on the screen. Moreover, the machine is designed with both right and left corner unloading stations, which can be adjusted to accommodate varying widths of sheet metal coils. This flexibility extends to the punch dimensions, allowing for customization to suit different flange requirements.
