Post Tensioning Duct Machine

Post-tensioning is a method of producing prestressed concrete, masonry and other structural elements. The term prestressing is used to describe the process of introducing internal forces (or stress) into a concrete or masonry element during the construction process in order to counteract the external loads that will be applied when the structure is put into use (known as service loads).

Description

This machine is designed to produce flexible pipes used in the construction industry, which create spaces under concrete. The grooves on the pipe enhance its resistance to crushing. Thanks to the flexibility of these pipes, there’s no need for additional equipment like elbows.
For connecting flexible pipes, a larger diameter pipe is used, and the joining process is accomplished through screwing. An upper-diameter channel serves as a sleeve, allowing for the extension of the duct length by connecting multiple sections. The machine utilizes plasma cutting for the flexible cutting process, resulting in a product that is not only burr-free but also flat when compared to machines that use saws.
