Description

The Cassette Square Duct Machine is a cassette version of the Punched Square Duct Machine. It prepares TDF/TDC flanged square duct by cutting C and P punch blanks using a hydraulic cutting unit placed on it.

Additionally, its cassette system allows both male and female Pittsburgh joining geometries to be made simultaneously. This eliminates the need for a seam machine, saving time for the manufacturer. The cassette system can be deactivated to produce square and rectangular ducts if desired.

Data entry and production monitoring are done via the PLC-controlled touch control screen (operator panel). The machine stores duct production data from the first day of use. This feature provides access to all previous production information.
