Flange Machine

The flange machine is designed to produce flange profiles required for square-section ducts. Superior sealing is achieved with a special mixed mastic used during flange production. High-speed and high-quality flange production is possible with PLC control. The machine has an automatic turning table with right and left bins. This allows the produced flanges to be easily packed and transported. The machine’s roller unit consists of 20 stations to achieve a smoother flange form. Desired text can be embossed on the produced flanges with the roller.
