Punched Square Duct Machine

The machine has the same features as the Square Duct Machine. The Punched Square Duct Machine includes a punching system in addition to the standard square duct machine. This allows for preparation for both bolt-on and self-flange (TDF-TDC) on the machine.

The punching unit uses a PLC-controlled hydraulic system. It punches at desired coordinates (entered on the screen) at bending points. The corner punching stations can be adapted to the width of the sheet coil on the right and left sides. Punch sizes can be changed for different flanges.
