Description
The intended use of the Chimney Elbow machine is to create grooves in thin-walled metallic segmental elbows with diameters Ø 80 mm – Ø 600 mm (1000 mm) or Ø 60 mm special type. Working Method:
The operator brings the segment parts to the working position. When the foot pedal is pressed, the inner and outer parts are automatically formed. The PLC is programmed so that only the new value needs to be entered to change the diameter. Parameters for processing the inner and outer parts will be adjusted automatically. The completion time of a segment with a diameter of 100 mm is approximately 6 to 8 seconds. Additionally, it is possible to adjust the fit of the parts (loose or tight) variably.
